Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use this website and when you engage Raavi Enterprises ("MyRaavi", "we") for travel, property, business licensing or legal documentation services.
Nothing here is designed to protect us from you. It exists so that both sides know what was agreed, what was delivered, and what happens if plans change.
01. Using this website
You are welcome to read, quote and share this site. You may not scrape it at scale, republish large parts of it as your own, or attempt to disrupt it.
- Content on this site is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice.
- Prices, package inclusions and availability shown here are indicative and change often. Your written quote is what binds us.
- We may update or correct content without notice; we will not remove your ability to reach us in the process.
02. Quotations and booking
Every enquiry receives a written quote stating scope, inclusions, exclusions, timeline and price. Work begins only after you accept that quote in writing and pay the advance, if any.
- Indicative figures on the website are starting points, not quotations.
- Third-party costs such as airline fares, visa fees, government charges and hotel bills are passed through at cost where applicable, and are identified in your quote.
- If a requirement changes after the quote is accepted, we will re-quote before continuing. Nothing changes silently.
03. Cancellations and refunds
Our aim is that you are never worse off for choosing us. Cancellation terms depend on how far ahead you cancel and whether a third party has already been paid on your behalf.
- Travel packages: airline and hotel cancellation rules apply. Where a third party has charged us, that amount is generally non-refundable.
- Service work already completed, such as a filed application or a drafted agreement, is billed for the portion delivered.
- If we fail to deliver a service we explicitly promised, we either re-perform it at no cost or refund the portion affected.
04. Your responsibilities
Most problems we see come from information that was incomplete or inaccurate at the start. A short honest answer up front saves both of you time.
- Give us true and complete information, including full names exactly as they appear on official documents.
- Do not ask us to do anything unlawful, and do not provide forged or altered documents.
- Share copies, not originals, unless handing over an original is genuinely necessary and we have agreed to it in writing.
- You are responsible for having the right to travel, including valid passports, visas and any permits.
05. Intellectual property
The MyRaavi name, logo, page design, copy and code on this website belong to Raavi Enterprises. Photographs of destinations and services belong to their respective owners and are used with permission or under licence.
06. Liability
We are responsible for doing our work carefully and in line with the accepted quote. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on general information on this site, or for third parties we introduced you to at your request.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Indian law.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed flights, lost earnings or opportunity cost.
07. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, which we mention up front because it is our home city and our preferred place to settle things.
08. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business or the law changes. The version published on this page applies to work agreed on or after the date shown at the top.
