An appointment is not mandatory, but it helps. Most consultations take 20 to 30 minutes and booking ahead means you are not waiting behind another enquiry. Walk-ins are always welcome during office hours.

Yes. Every itinerary we publish is a starting template. Dates, destinations, hotels, activity mix and budget are all adjusted to your requirement, and we re-price it the same day.

Six to eight weeks is ideal for international travel because it gives you the best fare and enough visa runway. For domestic weekend trips, ten to fifteen days is comfortable. For Hajj and Umrah we recommend four to six months due to fixed quotas.

Our base fare matches the published fare, and we often have access to consolidator fares, group allotments and partner airline deals that are not listed publicly. If our price is not better for you, we will tell you to book directly.

A passport valid for at least six months with two blank pages, a recent photograph, vaccination certificates as required for your route, and a copy of your government ID. We prepare, verify and file the complete file for you.

Refund and change rules are set by the airline and railway operator, not by us. We always show you those rules before you pay, and we process the change or refund on your behalf and share the amount actually credited.

Yes. We handle group PNRs, negotiated fares, a consolidated invoice and a travel calendar for your team, along with visa support for the whole group on one timeline.

Typically a valid passport, photograph, confirmed hotel booking, return or onward ticket, and proof of funds such as bank statements. Requirements vary by country, so we give you a case-specific checklist after your free consultation.

E-visas usually take three to seven working days, tourist visas ten to fifteen, and study visas twenty to thirty. We tell you the realistic timeline before you commit to travel dates.

No. Book refundable fares only, and let the visa timeline lead your travel dates. Attempting a trip before approval is the single most expensive mistake we see, and it is entirely avoidable.

Buying guidance and the initial consultation are free. For selling or renting out, we charge a percentage of the transaction agreed in writing before we begin. We never accept a hidden commission from the other side.

Title chain and encumbrance, mutation and tax receipts, society NOC and dues, construction quality, water and power supply, and parking. We run this due diligence for you and give you a written report.

Yes. We assist with power of attorney, remote documentation and registry scheduling built around your travel dates, in Jharkhand and other states.
