Raavi Enterprises ("MyRaavi", "we", "us") runs this website and the travel, property, licensing and legal services described on it. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.

We have kept this deliberately short. If you are ever unsure whether to send us a document, ask us first and we will tell you honestly whether we need it.

01. What we collect

We only collect what we need in order to answer your enquiry and complete the work you have hired us for.

• Contact details you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, optional phone number and the requirement you describe.
• The service you select, so we can route your enquiry to the right person without a follow-up call.
• Basic, aggregated usage information such as which pages were viewed, so we can see which parts of the site are useful and which are not.

02. What we do not collect

There are no third-party advertising trackers, no marketing pixels and no data brokers on this site. If you are not comfortable with analytics, every page still works without it.

• We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details to anyone, ever.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent one enquiry.
• We do not ask for card numbers, OTPs, passwords or banking PINs through this website or over the phone.

03. Sensitive documents

Some services legally require documents such as passport or identity proof, incorporation papers, property papers or previous agreements. When that happens we will tell you exactly what is needed and why.

• Documents are used only for the specific requirement you sent them for.
• They are not published, shared with other clients, or used for marketing.
• You can ask us to delete them once the work is complete and any statutory retention period has passed.

04. Cookies and local storage

The site uses a small session cookie so the contact form can be protected against spam and so your language or preference choices survive a page reload. That is the only cookie set by this website.

• Session cookie: required for form security. It is discarded when you close the browser.
• No advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies.

05. How long we keep your information

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within twelve months. Records connected to a completed project are kept for as long as Indian tax and professional record-keeping rules require, and no longer.

06. Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion. We will act on the request within thirty days and will not charge you for it.

• Access: a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correction: fix anything inaccurate or out of date.
• Deletion: remove information we are no longer required to keep.
• Withdrawal: ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

07. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, the contact form is protected against cross-site request forgery, and enquiry submissions are stored outside the public web root so they cannot be downloaded by guessing a URL.
